About Us
Diana Rodas is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a compassionate and culturally responsive space for healing. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with a minor in Criminal Justice.
With a strong foundation in community-based work, Diana has developed a deep understanding of the systems and resources that support individuals and families. She brings experience working with people across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a particular passion for serving the Latinx community. Diana is committed to bridging the gap between Latinx individuals and mental health services by fostering trust, cultural humility, and accessibility in care.

Whether you call, email, or complete a contact form, we’ll respond promptly to answer your questions, learn more about your needs, and guide you through the next steps. We’ll also gather some basic information to ensure our services are a good fit.

You may be scheduled for a brief consultation or a full intake appointment. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, history, and any concerns you’d like to address. This is also an opportunity to ask questions, explore treatment options, and begin building a trusting connection.

Nuevas Raíces offers a client-centered and trauma-informed environment. Your care plan will be tailored to your unique needs and may include a combination of therapeutic approaches. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

We honor the importance of culture, identity, and lived experience. Our services are particularly mindful to the challenges faced by underserved populations, creating a space where all individuals feel safe and valued.

Healing is a journey, and we’ll walk alongside you each step of the way. Frequency of sessions will depend on the service. For evaluations it will be about two sessions whereas psychotherapy appointments will be held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and preferences. We will continue to adjust and collaborate on your care as you grow, heal, and navigate life’s transitions.

At Nuevas Raíces, we provide clear, professional immigration evaluations that meet both clinical and legal standards. Reports are completed within 10–14 business days, with expedited options available. We also collaborate directly with your attorney to ensure each evaluation effectively supports your case.
